How to write a summary
We have been discussing some strategies for writing a summary.
Compare the ideas we have discussed so far to the ideas presented in this video.
Is there anything different?
Is there anything you don't agree with?
For me, this video shows exactly the same points we have discussed in class, so it agrees with all I have learned about summary so far. It is a very objective and helpful video.
This video is similar to all the texts we have reading during this semester. I agree with him. I think he is more dynamic and explain the points more directly.
Pretty the same we have been discussing in class. I personally disagree when he talks over avoiding the use of statistics or numbers. These are indeed the best arguments to support one idea. Othon Moacyr Garcia in this work “Comunicação em Prosa Moderna” creates a list of the best points to convince people, and among the top ones was this notion of providing statistics. There is no other argument with that power of range and authenticity. No theory can refuse reality. So I think this statistics numbers are one important factor to be added in a text.
The video tells the main points of a summary, which is good to watch when we need to remember it quickly.

This is a good material, it helped to correct the summary that I did and made the structure that we need to use more clear to understand.
